The service
MemeBoss provides a catalog of meme clips, upload tools, and optional API access. Features may change over time.
Accounts, uploads, and API keys
You must create an account to upload content or to create and use API keys. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Keep credentials confidential and do not share keys publicly.
User content — no warranty from us
Content uploaded by users is provided by those users, not by MemeBoss. We do not endorse user uploads and we are not responsible for any content uploaded by our users, including its accuracy, legality, ownership, or fitness for any purpose. You use and redistribute clips at your own risk.
Removal of violating or unacceptable content
You may only upload content you have the right to share. If content infringes someone’s rights, is illegal, or is otherwise unacceptable (including harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material), we may remove it, reject it in moderation, restrict the account, or take other action we consider appropriate — with or without prior notice.
Reporting content
If you see a clip that is unacceptable or that appears to violate someone’s rights or these Terms, you should report it. On the clip’s page, use the report button next to Download video, choose one reason, and submit. Reports help us review the material and decide whether to block or remove it.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MemeBoss after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
